CELEBRATING......!

I believe that there is a subtle magnetism in Nature,
which, if we unconsciously yield to it,
will direct us aright.

by Henry David Thoreau

....Delicate.... delicate snow flakes...and
SHE....
my wonderful & beautiful
& gold-hearted
best friend....

...LACCAILLE.....

Her happyness was incredible as she noticed
I was approaching the
long scales
without my
crutches.....!!

....but instead with her much loved tennisballs......

....SHE.....

 missed our daily hikes & games & fun-times very much ......

......jumping & running on the last " snow-carpets "..!

Oh, yes, we had a really cold, snowy time behind us;
even  2 inches of snow
 which is unusual
& a lot for
southern
TUSCANY & it
resisted for many days...!

Laccaille loved the snow....;
& I love her
runing performances...!

Power, beauty, silky elegance....!

There was somebody
who tried
desperately to keep
herself warm & cosy....

CJ....Cinghy-Jasmine,  was incredibly busy preparing herself
a warm hay-nest......

........not even the ball game could keep her from constructing & working......

....almost done...!

sweet CJ, a  hearty sniff in the snow just for me & the camera...!

COLD & SNOW
are gone;
todays splendid sunrise
promised a
mild, wonderful day...!
....& I
CELEBRATED
with it
my first little walk without
crutches; just
FANTASTIC!!!!!!

HAVE A WONDERFUL & SUNNY HAPPY DAY!!!!!

Beautiful pictures and post. Animals are such good friends with no judgement on what we look like - judgement comes from how we treat them.

Elvira, I was sorry to hear you were on crutches, I only realised recently when I came for a read and at the time was unable to comment. I am so glad to hear you had your first little walk and lovely images of Laccaille. I hope you continue to recover ~ Hugs ChrissyX

Yeah, cheers Elvira...I was thinking that the time had to have come that you were free of those crutches and your cast. I have never had one and I feel very fortunate. Wow snow in Tuscany, how beautiful and fantastic that had to have been. It sure looks like your favorite Laccaille and Cinghy-Jasmine had a good time. That is so cute the way CJ is making a nest and sorting out the straw, before taking a run at the snow. Your favored dog must have felt so happy seeing you walking once again, now you can resume your long walks. You take it easy, not to do too much too quickly. Take care and have a wonderful weekend...I am knowing you shall now that you are free ;)~

And finally - I saw this post before scrolling down to the previous two so I knew you were now walking without crutches and without your plaster cast. I'm so sorry you broke your leg, and hope you are now feeling stronger and steadier each day. Your photos of Lacaille are great. But how did you throw ball and take photos at the same time....?!!!
(Just a note - when you leave comments on my blog the url and the email you give don't work. Please could you check and correct them next time you stop by...?)
